G.P.M. Associates Inc. has completed the design, bidding and construction supervision of a new Radio-Frequency Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (RF SCADA System) for the Township's Water Department. The new RF SCADA system is a complete system-wide, SCADA system that enables the Township Water Department to remain up to date with state-of-the-art equipment for instrumentation, controls and operations.

The project was completed and placed into service in the Spring of 2005. G.P.M. Associates Inc. completed the construction and testing of a new test well, Well No. 8, located in the north section of Burlington Township at Dulty's Lane and Neck Road. Test results for a future production well were favorable as the test well produced more than 1,000 gallons per minute and the water quality was good.

An application for New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Bureau of Water Systems & Well Permitting has been filed with construction of the pumping and treatment facilities expected to start in the fall of 2006. Previously, G.P.M. Associates Inc. provided full engineering services for the permitting, design and construction of Burlington Township's Well Nos. 5, 6 & 7 and the related treatment facilities at Aqua Lane.
